About Laura

Hi, I’m Laura. First and foremost, I’m a real person, living a full and varied life and making time for my own wellbeing along the way. Life can be joyful, messy, challenging and everything in between, and I believe there’s room for all of it.

Like many of us, I’ve had my own experiences that have shaped who I am and how I see the world. They’ve taught me the value of being met with compassion, curiosity and without judgement, something I carry into the way I support others.

I’ve always held a deep appreciation for massage, recognising not only the physical benefits, but the importance of slowing down, reconnecting with our bodies and creating time for ourselves.

This connection between body and mind naturally led me towards somatics and a deeper understanding of the wisdom our bodies hold.

My approach is warm, intuitive and centred around you. I’m not here to tell you what to do or how you should feel. I bring curiosity, listen and support you to discover what feels right for you. I genuinely believe we all have answers within us. Sometimes we just need the space and stillness to hear them.

I’ll meet you where you are, without judgement or expectation. I’m comfortable with the lighter moments, but I’m also not afraid to sit alongside the darker, more difficult parts of life when they show up. It’s all part of being human.

I believe wellbeing is about caring for ourselves as a whole. I know consistency isn’t always easy when life is busy, but making time for ourselves, however small, is always worthwhile.
